BANANA PANCAKE

Pancakes are one of the most sought breakfast of everyone. It's smoothness and fluffiness ang isa sa mga bagay na hinahanap hanap ng marami kaya gustong gusto ito ng mga bata pati na rin matatanda but because of its sugar amount ay nagdadalawang isip sila kung dapat ba nila itong kainin. But worry not because in this blog matututunan n'yo kung paano gumawa ng healthier but sweet and flavorful pancake made from bananas na sure kaming magugustuhan n'yo.

INGREDIENTS:


1 Banana

2 Eggs




PROCESS:


  • First, let's peel the banana and durugin ito sa isang bowl o lagayan


  • Next, crack the eggs and mix it together kasama ang banana until well-combined


  • Then, iset na natin ang kawali sa medium heat at layan ito ng kaunting butter o oil para mas smooth ang pagluluto ng pancake.


  • After that, maglagay na tayo ng katamtamang portion ng batter ng banana pancake na ginawa natin. Just wait for 2-3 minutes hanggang maluto ito, at saka natin iflip para lutuin ang kabilang side ng at least 1-2 minutes.


Finally, ready to serve na ang ating banana pancakes! It's your choice kung gusto mong lagyan ng any toppings tulad ng syrup, prutas, at iba pa!
