I am sure everyone hhad their moments with French Fries, it's crispy yet savory taste just leaves you to have a bite again. Pero syempre meron pang iba't ibang variety ito like, Crinkle Cut, Curly Cut, and the most common at ang paborito ng lahat na Straight Cut fries but have you ever tried a potato na cut like potato chips but as thick as a straight fries? Look no further because we introduce to you the Mojos, a type of fry na gagawing mas masarap at mas malinamnam ang paborito mong Fries. The great thing here is that you can just make this with a few simple ingredients. Kaya ano pang hinihintay natin? Here's how to make these irresistible Potato Mojos right in your kitchen!




INGREDIENTS:


Potatoes

1 Egg

Evaporated Milk

All Purpose Flour

Crispy Fry

Parsley (optional)

Homemade Ranch Sauce (optional)


PROCEDURES:


• First, cut the potatoes into thin slices para makuha natin ang signature shape ng mojos, pagtapos ay hugasan ito, at pat them dry with a paper towel para maremove ang excess water.


• Next, sa isang bowl, ilagay ang potatoes, egg, at evaporated milk. Haluin lang ang tatlong ito until well-combined. I-set aside 'to for 30 minutes.


• Then, sa isa pang bowl, let's mix the all purpose flour and cripsy fry. Kapag well-combined na ito, and kung lumipas na ang 30 minutes, that's the time that we will coat the potatoes sa mixture ng all purpose flour ang crispy fry.


• After that, magpainit na tayo ng mantika in a deep pan over medium heat. Kapag mainit na ito, fry the coated potatoes in batches until maging golden brown and crispy. Then, place them on a plate na may paper towel para matanggala ang excess oil.


• Finally, you can now serve and enjoy the potato mojos. You can also add a dipping sauce for more flavorful taste, depending what kind of sauce you prefer.




Potato Mojos sure are delightful aren't they.
