Hwachae is a korean traditional chilled fruit punch kung saan iba’t ibang uri ng prutas ang pwedeng ilagay. Katulad na lang ng watermelon, blueberries, strawberry, grapes, mango, dragon fruit or kahit anong fruits. Sinasamahan din ito ng strawberry milk at sparkle soda na nagpapasarap sa hwachae. Maliban sa sweet, tart and fruity flavor nito ay masustansya rin ito.It can help with dehydration and marami rin sources of vitamins that can protect the body from any damage.

Did you know na unang na discover ang hwachae noong Joseon Dynasty?. Itinuturing itong special drink before wherein ihinahain ito tuwing may special occasion and festivals. Kilala rin ito dati sa tawag na “flower dish”. Ang main ingredients nito noon ay edible flowers, milk, at fruits na madalas ginagawa kapag papalapit na ang summer. May iba’t ibang klase ang hwachae, nagkakaiba lamang ito depende kung saang region ito.

  • Prepare your bowl, cutting board, and spoon

  • Wash your fruits and cut them into pieces

  • Put them in the bowl

  • Next, ibuhos na ang strawberry milk

  • Isunod na rin ibuhos ang sparkle soda

  • Lastly, ilagay na ang tube ices and your hwachae is ready to serve!
